Availability and Tariff
The apartment is available to rent all year round. Weekly and part weekly.
Minimum stay 2 nights
The rates range between £65 - £75 per night based on two sharing for part weekly and from £350 - £450 for weekly rents.

Loss of deposit, cancellations and curtailment charges

Payment methods
A 35%* deposit has to be paid on reservation. After the deposit is paid we will be able to confirm the booking.
Balance of payment is to be paid 7 days prior to arrival, if this is not done the cancellation fee shall apply.
Reservations made within the 7 days prior to arrival will require full payment to be effected immediately. Payments can be made via our secure server. Please email us for details.

Credit card payments will incur a 3% charge on the total amount.
Cancellation charges
If cancellation occurs and we can not refill the apartment, the cancellation fee will be the deposit paid.
If cancellation occurs with no prior notice, the cancellation fee shall be full charge of the services ordered.
